1. Eligibility

📦 Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, contact our customer support within 5 days of receiving your order. Please share:

  • 🧾 Order Number

  • 📄 Reason for Return

  • 📹 Unboxing Video

  • 📸 Clear Product Image with the Invoice

3. Unboxing & Image Requirements

  • Unboxing Video: Must clearly show the sealed package, the unboxing process, and the condition of the product.

  • Product Image with Bill: Must display the product and invoice clearly in the same frame.

4. Approval Process

Once reviewed, you will receive return authorization along with detailed instructions to send the item back.

5. Refund Process

After inspection and approval of the returned product, a refund will be issued to your bank account or UPI ID within 7–10 business days.
