Adiyon 7-Day Return and Refund Policy
1. Eligibility: Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
2. Initiation: To start a return, contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. You must share your order number, reason for return, and supporting materials including an unboxing video and a clear image of the product with the bill.

3. Unboxing Video and Product Image:
Unboxing Video: Record a clear video showing the sealed package, the unboxing process, and the product in its original condition.
Product Image with Bill: Provide a clear image of the product along with the bill or invoice. All details must be visible.
4. Approval: Once your request and materials are reviewed, you will receive a return authorization and further instructions for return.
5. Refund Process: After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your provided bank account or UPI ID within 7-14 business days.
